The 16 foot Playamid is our largest model and sports 128 square feet of floor space, with a 16 foot long by 8 foot wide footprint.  This floor plan is good for 4-6 people, and fits up to three queen sized air mattresses (or use it with 1-2 mattresses or 2-4 single pads to give yourself extra room for storage, etc). It folds down to approximately 8 inches by 4'x8'. Like the 12 foot, the 16 foot Basic model includes everything you need to get the Playamid set up: a ground tarp, a rope halo system for tying it down, ground anchors, a roll of bi-directional filament tape for assembly, and a filtered window for ventilation and light.  If you already have your set-up accessories or prefer to buy your own, choose the Barebone model, which includes the fully taped yurt with door compression handles, but requires your own base (tarp), setup tape (bi-filament), tie-down system, and ventilation options (if desired).
